Destiny continues to be renovated. Builders at work on a daily basis.
New owners for Paradise I am led to believe.
High season seems to have been short-lived (and included some expensive bar-fines) according to the regulars.
The much-publicized shutdown of Bangkok has caused minor inconvenience according to most. Lighter traffic and a general desire to not get caught in long queues seems to have done the trick. On a positive note there has not been any violence to speak of so many concerns and worst-case scenarios have not happened. Good!
