Not sure what's going on but Destiny has been closed for several days now. Whether it has changed hands or not it is being renovated. Out with the old, in with the new. A the current rate it will soon be the most-re-renovated place on the soi.
Submarine is on the market.
Charlie's Mai Lu Si is moving in a few weeks further along Soi Boukhao down a side soi roughly opposite the new clinic.
Older TVs being phased out (dying out!) and being replaces with flat-screen TVs in Metro rooms.
Baht continuing to show weakness - good for those coming out soon.
