Metro Staff March / April 2011

In response to various requests I am posting some photographs of the current staff. These are from the end of March / beginning of April. One occasion was Tin's birthday and for the day staff - just at an opportune moment. Above are Liam and Angie. Liam has been with us for some time now day time having also worked at night. Angie started with us in March and also speaks good English.

An evening in the Metro Bar would not feel right without Anna there to keep everything under control! Now after five years here Anna has proved to embody the very spirit of the Metro. In recent weeks we have also introduced our regular rugby customers to her wonderful Beef Stew - good enough to grace any restaurant table. We intend to continue to offer this on other Party occasions.

This is Nid who has recently joined us as bar staff in the evening. She is a very pleasant and friendly lass whop is a welcome addition to the team.

This is Oiy who continues to brighten up the place with her bubbly laughter and happy smile.

Anna and Nid with Noi who has joined us in the evening. A steady, reliable lass who keeps an eye on customers' empty glasses and re-fills them with a smile!

And Noi again with her happy smile.

Tin, the birthday girl, on this occasion. now in her 5th year here Tin continues to be reliable and keeps customers well supplied with the drinks of their choice.

Tin, on her birthday and Tee.

Tee joined us a few months back. She is a very good and friendly addition to the evening staff and has a good command of English. Always with an observant eye ready to get more supplies for the guest!

Pim who also joined a few months ago and is a willing worker in the bar in the evenings. Still working on her English but with a little patience - all is well.

I wonder who can this be? Answers on a post card ......

This is Tock who has joined us in the evening. She works quietly away without drawing attention to herself but is a very pleasant girl. Always ready and willing to help. A welcome addition.

During the day as well as the recently arrived Angie, on the left, guests will come across Noi who is the maid looking after the rooms. She is a solid, conscientious maid who does her utmost to keep customers' rooms spic and span.

Unavailable at the time of taking the pictures were Ae, Bu, Gung and Tan. Even on St. Patrick's Day I had my camera charged but then left it behind! Another senior moment!

Hi Dennis,

My sincere thanks to you and your staff for making a great stay ( DECEMBER 2011) at the Metro. The motel services, especially maid and reception, were second to none and I now have Metro on the top of my list for accomodation when in Pattaya. Keep up the good work. pass my regards to your staff, with special thanks to Angie.

Hope to see you all soon.
