I have just received an email from someone who wanted to book a room with us. In his reply he kindly lets me know that his email spam guard blocked my reply.
If you do not receive a reply from me this may well be the reason.
On occasioins the webmail we use plays up but sometimes the issue may be with your settings.
If you do not receive a reply from me, email again and I will reply using a different email account to reach you.
